What data we collect
Through the request form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: full name, company, email, phone, date, number of guests, location and any information about the event you choose to share. We also process the data contained in emails and messages you send us directly.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
We use this data solely to answer your request, prepare a proposal and, if you wish, organise the service. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing without your specific consent.
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to handle your request. If the request leads to an engagement, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law, for example for tax and accounting purposes.
Who it may be shared with
Your data is never published or sold. It may be processed on the controller's behalf by the providers of the technical services needed to run the website and email (for example hosting and email), appointed as processors where required.
Cookies
This website uses Google Ads tools (Google Ireland Limited) to measure the effectiveness of our ads, for example when a visitor arriving from an ad clicks on a phone number or an email address.
These tools only use cookies if you accept them through the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, Google only receives anonymous technical signals, without cookies, for an aggregate estimate of conversions. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
